- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
TYPICAL COUNSELING FEES:
$150.00 per session
Reduced fee services are available on a prearranged basis.
Cash, check and VISA or MASTERCARD accepted for payment.
A 50-minute appointment will be set aside for you: Kindly give a 24-hour notice if you are not able to show for your appointment to avoid a subsequent charge.
